    Seller's Resources

Selling a house is a very difficult job. You want to sell your home as quickly as possible and at its full value. You must also be aware of state & federal laws and how they affect your sale.

This involves a lot of time, effort, cost of advertising, and patience, as well as specialized skills and knowledge of the local real estate market. That is why most people turn to a Real Estate Agent for help.

When you sell your home, the Real Estate Agent will represent you, the client. You sign a contract, the Listing Agreement, with the agent.  The agent then works strictly in your best interest and receives an agreed upon commission when the house is sold.

In a seller/client relationship, the agent guides you throughout the real estate transaction, providing information on such issues as pricing your home, evaluating all purchase offers, and how to structure a purchase contract to your advantage. It is the business of the Real Estate Agent to help you sell your home with minimum delay and to help you realize every dollar it is worth.

Today many home buyers use a buyer's agent – a specialized Real Estate Agent who is the home buyer's client and works for the interests of the buyer. This makes it even more important for you to have an expert on your side looking out for your best interests.

    Have a home to sell?

A good first step would be a free competitive market evaluation. To determine the approximate value of your home in this inventory rich market. Just click on the button "FREE CMA", fill in the request form and I will contact you for your free Competitive Market Evaluation. Further, I can inform you every day, automatically, of other homes that come on the market in your area, and when they sell. You will always be aware of the activity in your neighborhood. This will give you an understanding of the realistic market value of your area. I would suggest performing a "Pre-Home-Sale Inspection" by a qualified home inspector. Your future purchaser will do it... you can keep the surprises to a minimum and avoid this process that many buyers use to chip away at the purchase price. This inspection will also alert you to small fixes or even big problems that could translate to a bigger payday when your home sells with little or no discussion of paybacks for deficiencies.

Lastly, we will look at the interior of your home and make suggestions that will help you sell your home in less time and for more money.
